Executive Chef Matt Masera, brings 27 years of elite culinary expertise to Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events. Before joining us, Matt was the Corporate Culinary Director for Chef Tyler Florence, where he oversaw operations, recipe development, and large-scale hospitality initiatives. His exceptional leadership launching San Francisco’s Wayfare Tavern and Miller & Lux have accentuated the capabilities of our talented culinary team, redefining the luxury dining experience for our clients throughout California. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt is actively involved with World Central Kitchen, supporting disaster relief efforts around the world by helping provide meals to communities affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises, as well as the first responders serving on the front lines. We share Matt’s philosophy that great food has the power to bring people together, create meaningful experiences, and strengthen communities.
Our exclusive beverage program is spearheaded by in-house sommelier and Beverage Director Lauri Thompson, whose expertise anchors one of California's most respected wine and spirits programs. Our skilled bartenders are masters of their craft, harmonizing classic cocktails with contemporary flavors. Our curated range of organic, bio-dynamic, and sustainably produced wines come from high-quality grapes that express the terroir of their origin, sourced from vintners who champion environmentally responsible practices. Clients will find wines from many beloved wineries alongside rare and special selections, inspiring them to experience wines from roads less traveled.
