FROM OUR GARDEN TO YOUR TABLE
Our Executive Chef Daniel Capra and his culinary team have long been convinced that the best tasting and most nutritional food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound. With this understanding, Daniel began cultivating an organic garden in the center of Napa Valley, in an area well known for its unique terroir. Flanked by the Mayacamas Mountains to the west and possessing well-drained soils of gravel, sand, volcanic deposits and marine sediments, the garden produces an abundance of organic produce that Chef Daniel incorporates into his dishes year-round.
Clients at our exclusive venue, Beaulieu Garden, can offer their guests a true farm-to-table celebration. Produce and ingredients harvested from our garden on the same day of their event can be incorporated into their menu for a unique hyper-local, hyper-seasonal culinary experience.
